A thorough service includes visual checks of the appliance and flue, safety and performance testing, checking for leaks, corrosion or early signs of failure, and honest advice on anything we find and the best way to put it right. We'll always arrange a time that works around you.

Yes. We're OFTEC registered as well as Gas Safe registered, so we service and repair both. That's particularly useful for rural properties across Somerset, Devon and Dorset that aren't on mains gas.

Yes. We carry out annual Gas Safe inspections and issue CP12 certificates. These are a legal requirement for any rental property with gas appliances, and we can set up a recurring reminder so yours never lapses.
