Daniel visits to assess your home properly, not a five-minute look round. We carry out heat loss calculations to work out exactly the right boiler for your property.
Your three-option written quote
You'll get a clear, branded quote with three options: Basic, Standard and Premium. Each one spells out exactly what's included, plus VAT, warranty and payment terms. No hidden extras.
Installation day
We arrive when we say we will, lay down dust sheets, and work clean throughout. Most straightforward replacements are done in a single day.
Commissioning and handover
We commission the system, test everything, and walk you through how your new boiler and controls work before we leave.

What is a Worcester Bosch Accredited Installer?
Accredited installers are trained and vetted by Worcester Bosch directly. Only accredited installers can offer the extended guarantee of up to 12 years. Non-accredited engineers can usually only offer the standard 2-year warranty, so the accreditation is worth looking for.
How much does a new boiler cost?
It depends on your home and the boiler you choose, which is why every quote comes with three clear options: Basic, Standard and Premium, all with VAT included. There are no hidden extras. Call us for a free survey and we'll give you honest, transparent pricing.
How long does a boiler installation take?
Most straightforward boiler replacements are completed in a single day. If it's a more involved job, such as moving the boiler or changing the system type, Daniel will confirm timings when he visits for the survey.
Do you install oil boilers as well as gas?
Yes. We're OFTEC registered as well as Gas Safe registered, so we install and service both gas and oil boilers. That's particularly useful for rural properties across Somerset, Devon and Dorset that aren't on the mains gas network.
Does the work come with a guarantee?
Yes. All our work is covered by insurance and warranties, and Worcester Bosch boilers we install come with an extended manufacturer guarantee of up to 12 years, subject to annual servicing to keep it valid.
